美國東方食品商會Oriental Food Association係由北加州主要食品進口商，代理商於1995 年創立. 現有會員40多家。
商會成立的初衷在於針對當時食品進口許多不合理，不公平的狀況，聯合食品進口業，與美國政府主管部門如聯邦食品藥物管理（FDA),
美國海關(US Customs and Border Protection)及美國農業部(USDA)建立溝通管道，爭取東方食品進口商及亞裔消費者的合法權益。
經過十多年來的努力，美國東方食品商會在建立與美國政府主管部門溝通管道方面取得成果最為顯著。由1995年始即定期參與當時為呼應高爾副總統倡導而成立的Pacific
Importer Community Steering Committee(PICSC), 與包括美西口岸政府執法部門主管列席及其他業界參加之例行會議。主動與政府部門溝通協商，在許多進口食品事項上，如乾冬菇，中秋月餅及最近蛋類食品上為東方食品業者及大眾極力爭取到應有權益。同時在促成FDA提升執法效率和專業方面均取得可喜的進展。
美國東方食品商會不僅如此，還積極參與支持本地社區活動。如在SARS恐慌期間，與Alameda縣衛生署及屋侖華阜商會聯合舉辦食品安全課程，教導大眾如何正確安全處理食物。在Katrina風災後，連同名廚甄文達等主流機構舉辦大型籌款活動。每年並大力贊助舊金山新僑服務中心和屋侖救世軍食品排發活動，讓8千余位老人和家庭受惠。
在促進大眾食品安全方面，美國東方食品商會作出的貢獻還包括在2004年推出“卓越品牌”計劃。甄選良好商譽，擁有國際機構權威認證及接受最高標準規範之優良產品，向大眾推廣。另一方面，加強優良品牌間的在品質及管理方面的資訊交流，鼓勵和敦促參與該計劃之廠商不斷提升產品品質和管理水平，以期達到維護東方食品形象及保障大眾健康之目標。目前有24個優良品牌已加入“卓越品牌”計劃。廣受大眾好評。
及時回應政府有關食品安全方面的政策，向大眾宣導有關食品安全新法令是美國東方食品商會另一重要角色。商會俱有各方面專業人才和資訊，加上與政府部門良好的溝通管道，往往能在第一時間對政府新辦法的政策或突發新聞作出專業回應。排解大眾的疑慮。美國東方食品商會歡迎大家的支持或查詢﹕Oriental

加州中醫藥大學（包括學院與臨床醫院），旨在通過課堂教學與臨床培訓，為學生提供專業的醫療教育，讓中醫的觀點與方法成為世界醫學的一部份，為進一步弘揚中醫而努力。課程設置重點包括中醫理論、中醫診斷、針灸和中草藥學，也涉及西醫學知識。它的教育目標是
:
1. 在中醫范畴内，培養我們的學生使他們能夠精通診斷，處方用藥，能為病人提供高質量的醫療服務。
2. 提供中醫有關的食療、推拿、太極拳和氣功等方面的知識，使學生在病人生活方式和健康狀態方面，成為有能力、有影響力的健康顧問。
3. 傳輸行醫之德規范和行醫者的社會職责。
4. 訓練學生熟悉必須轉診的疾病與病人。
5. 為通過國家和加州執照考試作最佳準備。
數十年來 , 在全校教師及行政團隊的專業執行和通力合作下，該校畢業生連年在國家執照和加州執照考試中奪得高分， 通過率高居全美中醫學院之冠。該校對於培養一流中醫師、從業人員及弘揚中國醫學具有不可磨滅地貢獻。

星島中文電台集合廣播界的精英，致力為灣區的華人，特別是來自香港、中國、及星島中文電台集合廣播界的精英，致力為灣區的華人，特別是來自香港、中國、及台灣的移民，提供多元化的訊息，務求令聽眾與時並進。透過提供最新、最詳盡的新聞報導及分析，加上聽眾日常必需的資訊、娛樂，希望可以增強聽眾的判斷、加深對社區的認識
及發展、幫助聽眾融入主流文化。
此外，星島中文電台亦為聽眾提供一個發言的渠道，聽眾可以就時事、社區等問題發表意見或提問。星島中文電台粵語台自1996年4月8日，開始為灣區的聽眾服務。一直是灣區最高收聽率的中文電台。
國語台FM96.1，於1997年3月3日開始廣播，是全美唯一以FM播放的國語中文電台。廣播時間﹕逢星期一至五，上午七時至下午二時。粵語台AM1400，1997年6月2日，加入服務，廣播時間﹕逢星期一至五，晚上十時至下午二時，下午四時至六時。

| Aroma Joy Foundation was established on June 3, 2009. The mission
of the foundation is to distribute God's words since we believe in
the power of God's words. “In the beginning was the Word, the Word
was with God, and the Word was God."(John 1:1) is a truth stated
in the Bible. “To Bring Healthy and Joyful Lives to the Society” is
the goal of Aroma Joy Foundation. To contribute our efforts and wisdoms
from God in introducing a new way for people to receive not only body
but also mental health is what we dedicate into. Through the advantage
of on-line technology, we develop and connect the network of manpower
and the distribution channels in order to enlarge the service of foundation
and to irrigate the deeper roots of a healthy society. |

「長青健康素食推廣中心」是一個非營利性的組織，其目的在開發營養、健康、可口的素食，推廣正確的均衡營養及健康飲食觀念，並促進東、西方飲食文化的交流，以提昇生活品質。本中心依照下列的方式來推廣健康素食理念：
1. 發展並落實健康素食的要求，針對一般大眾及各弱勢團體，如老人、兒童、殘疾及復健等的特殊需求設計素食食譜。
2. 提供烹飪教學，教導並推廣素食的烹飪技巧及營養健康的飲食觀念。
3. 舉辦年度性推廣活動以宣導健康的飲食習慣。
4. 遵循下列四個原則研發素食產品：
4.1. 均衡的營養─包括蛋白質、脂肪、碳水化合物、礦物質、維生素等，使用限量的鹽、少量的糖及合理份量的好油。
4.2. 新鮮自然的材料─重視原味，盡量避免加工。
4.3. 清楚的程序說明─人人都能依照設計的食譜做出可口的素食。
4.4. 簡易而經濟實惠─適合一般家庭使用。 |

北加州華人文化體育協會（簡稱華體會）創立於2003年，目前是北美最大的非營利華人體育文化組織，以 “透過推廣沒有地域性、政治色彩的文化及體育活動，團結北加州華人社區及凝聚華人社團”為創辦宗旨。
自2003年成立至今，已陸續舉辦過7 次大型運動會及活動，成果包括: 2003 年: 首屆運動會獲得600多位義工及 100多位體育精英的參與；2004年:
次屆運動會獲得127個北加州僑團、10000多位運動員的參與，創造了海外華人最大的運動盛會；2005年: 在奧運冠軍的帶領下，運動會邁向專業領域；2006年:
吸引更廣泛的華裔族群及年齡層的選手參與，多項記錄被刷新；2007年: 舉辦奧運一週年倒計時室外音樂晚會，緊密凝聚了海外華人對北京奧運的祝福；2008年:
舉辦〔唱響奧運、愛我中華〕音樂會，以作為對北京奧運的具體支持和響應；2009年: 舉辦〔眾志成城、全僑一家〕運動會， 用運動家的精神成為對抗低迷逆境的激勵和動力，為灣區各界社區注入更多的朝氣，進一步蓬勃北加州華人體育文化事業。

北京大學北加州校友會（ PKUAANC ）是一個IRS 501(c)(3)註冊的非盈利性組織，致力於連接在北加州的數千名北大校友，服務校友、服務母校、服務社區。秉承北大-科學與民主的精神，北京大學北加州校友會組織社會、學術等活動，其目的是協助專業和個人成長的校友，促進人民之間的溝通在美國和中國。
北京大學北加州校友會PKUAANC正式成立於1992年5月。多年來，已發展成為一個在灣區有廣泛影響力的華人組織。
Peking University Alumni Association of Northern California (PKUAANC)
is a non-profit organization ( IRS 501 (c)(3) ) dedicated to connecting
the thousands of Peking University alumni in Northern California.
In the spirit of the treasured legacy of Peking University - Science
and Democracy., PKUAANC organizes social, academic and business activities
with the purpose of assisting the professional and personal growth
of our alumni, promoting communication between people in America and
China.
PKUAANC was officially founded in May 1992 with the efforts of many
alumni. Over the years, PKUAANC has grown into an influential Chinese
organization in the Bay area, thanks to the endless efforts of many
alumni and the past terms of PKUAANC officers.

status. If you graduated from Tsinghua University or are interested
in Tsinghua, live or work in the US, you are eligible to be our members.
The goal of the SVTN is to provide a way for Tsinghua alumni and their
friends to renew the old tie in past and to build new relationship
for future. It is an organization open to public. It is mission is
to help the new comers to settle in the new environment, and help
all the members in finding new jobs, learning the cutting edge technologies,
bridging the gap among different groups, and help resolving any issues
among its members. There is no membership fee, but you are welcome
to donate any amount of money to support us. |

for professional women and is not organized for the private gain of
any person.
SVWA has organized monthly Culture/Art events, provided seminars

and heritage here in the high tech capitol of the world; to build
an efficient communication channel among ourselves and our families,
friends, significant others; to offer various self-development programs
